The incline conveyor is more recommended than bucket conveyor. The products may get into the chain of bucket conveyor;

The design of stick weigher(feeding pans, hoppers, discharge chute) can ensure the products are vertical weighing and filling;

Challenges & Solutions

1.How can ensure the products are vertically filled into the packing machine?

- It depends on the design of the linear feeding pan, hoppers and discharge chute.

Linear feeding pans keep the most of products are in the same direction;

Hoppers: long and round shape can tidy up the products again, twin gates opening scrapper hoppers ensure the 100% filling position, prevent the stuck problem;

V shape discharge chute is the end step that ensures the products vertically fill into the packing machine.

2. Is there a length limit for the products?

- Yes, this stick multihead weigher packing system only can deal 100-180mm long products.

3. Must I buy the same weigher and packing machine?

The stick weigher is the must, we’ve tested it’s ok to use the standard rotary packing machine (like the above).
