4. Rotary pouch packing machine – fill and seal the bags

Challenges & Solutions

1.How to let machines work well in frozen conditions?

- We design and install an anti-condensation device in the machine. This device will be connected with dry air to keep inside of machine always dry. Prevent the problem that water condenses on circuit boards.

2. How to protect the ice wrapped on the shrimp?

- We have full protect solutions:

a. food-grade soft silicone pad installs on food contact parts

b. smooth filling angle reduce the impact force
